Wiener Schnitzel! Wiener Schnitzel! Gorgeous, Crispy, Tender and Delectable!! The Recipe!! ~ 5 Boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs ~ 2 cups on Panko bread crumbs ~ 2 Tablespoons Finely Grated (Granular) Parmesan Cheese ~ 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder ~ 1 Tablespoon Herbs De Province ~ 1 Teaspoon Turmeric ~ 1 Tablespoon all purpose seasoning like Lawry’s ~ 4 eggs ~ 2 cups cooking oil (like vegetable). Wiener Schnitzel!! ~ La Methode!! ~ Cut chicken into servable portions ( see video), then pound chicken to make thinner in a large plastic bag to prevent splattering. ~ Combine above dry ingredients into bread crumbs and mix well with a fork. ~ Crack / whisk 4 eggs in a pan similar to in my video. ~ Heat 2 cups of vegetable oil in a large Dutch oven or preferably in a large mineral steel chefs pan (as seen in my video) on a low to medium heat. ~ Dip chicken pieces into egg and coat with Panko crumbs. ~ Place in hot oil CAREFULLY with thongs to avoid splattering. ~ Cook on both sides until Golden Brown and internal temperature of 165 F. ~ Serve with side dish of choice.
