As easy as it gets, as frugal as it comes and more important, as delicious as this is, marinating a well marbled chuck roast sliced into cubes on a skewer with vegetables of the season on the grill is just about my favorite meal to prepare and enjoy with my family and friends. Try the marinate I’ve concocted in the video, and use the veggies of your choice. That leaves quite a lot of options – leek, eggplant, sweet pepper, asparagus, summer squash and whatever your imagination brings forward!
